Look at that! Those tomatoes are looking really healthy, EM. I wish I could see your whole roof garden and everything you planted over it. If all are as booming as these tomatoes, then I am positive that your rooftop garden is going to look fantastic. What other crops did you plant up in your roof garden, anyway?
They were DELICIOUS too!!! I have tried a few different 'crops' but by far, the tomatoes have been most successful. I did get a fair few strawberries this summer, a handful of green beans from three plants, no lemons yet from my lemon tree, and sadly no zucchini from my two zucchini plants... I have been super busy and then was traveling so I need to spend some time setting up a fall/winter garden. I keep asking my hubby if he thinks I can manage to grow a little pumpkin patch on our roof :P I've also planted various herbs, but with varied results, and haven't managed to get any of them to thrive... but I'm still trying :)
