Five minute chocolate cake

Some things seem too good to be true - like this!! I found this recipe a few weeks ago, and then came across it again today - which seems like a sign that I need to try this recipe pretty soon. Like tomorrow! 



Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons cake flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
1 Mug

Instructions:
1. In a microwavable mug, mix flour, sugar and cocoa, then spoon in egg.
2. Add the milk and oil and mix it with a fork.
3. Microwave for 3 minutes on high.
4. Wait a minute or two, to let the cake set, then remove from the microwave.

Yum! Can't wait to see if it works!
